He worked as a CG designer for an animation production company in Tokyo and has been working as an independent stylist since 2020.
He specializes in designing delicate and complex mechanical structures based on the themes of “rigidity and flexibility” and “inorganic and organic matter”, incorporating the images of aquatic creatures that he has loved since childhood. The functions of aquatic creatures are replaced by machines, and realism is enhanced while their biological characteristics are preserved through detailed depiction.
His main works include the “MechanicalWatercreaturese” and “Uo Mecha” series.
