Katsuya Terada

Born in Okayama Prefecture, Japan.
He works in many fields, including comics, illustration, games, film character design, and posters.

Growing up under the influence of Japanese manga, he was influenced by the French manga master Moebius and then started his independent creative path at the age of 20. He has created VR Fighters for Sega and character designs for the animated film Blood Wars: The Last Vampire, and is known worldwide for his unique drawing style. In recent years, he has focused on holding exhibitions around the world focusing on his original works, and has held solo exhibitions at GR2 Gallery in Los Angeles, CA every December for the past 10 years.

His main publications include "The Great Saru King of the West" 1-2 (Jiyosha), the picture book "Terada Katsuya Hara Inch", "SKETCH" and "How to make a living by painting? (PIE International), etc.
